The bed head was very difficult to fix as the the screw holes appeared to be in the wrong place and there was only a short amount of space for the wooden piece to be attached to the base. The specification on the original order showed that there were drawers! As this item has another bed underneath I can't see how drawers could be fitted, and they were not included. Perhaps the specification needs attention? 10 days later. After numerous messages and photographs being sent to the supplier they eventually supplied a replacement bedhead and accepted the return of the faulty bedhead. The replacement bedhead arrived without fixing screws and we had to contact the driver and he kindly came back and gave us the screws from the faulty bedhead. Everything is fine now. Although the supplier replied to messages we were made to feel that we were not capable of fitting the item and it was all very frustrating.
