Was bit hesitant as no reviews. Don't usually review stuff but very happy with bed. I am 53 yr old female I put this bed together on my own. Instructions easy to follow. Holes all lined up. No problems at all except little confused with screw sizes as stickers weren't on right bags but no big issue. All wood pieces had numbers stamped on end which coincided with assembly order so easy to sort. Sturdy when made too would highly recommend company and product. Big thanks 😁

The end product is ok but definitely a bit expensive for what you get really. The wood is very knotted and not very thick which makes it look cheap. The slats needs a Philips screwdriver that was not supplied only an Alan key for the main frame. The bed slats are rough and unsanded, I had 3 splinters post build. The bed does slide in and out well. The instructions are pretty good. The delivery that one pay extra for was a complete nightmare! I asked the seller beforehand if it can be delivered on a certain range of dates and were told to select it at checkout. This was not possible. It was delivered over to separate days and both days to 2 different incorrect addresses. A code was meant to be supplied for delivery but clearly they did not bother with it. One of the boxes were just dumped at someone random's front door where they found it when they returned after a couple of days away. I told them it's marked as delivered, but I don't have it, did not supply the code and they just told me to look around my house. When I confirmed it wasn't there they sent a link to the photo of where it was dumped. I said it was not my house and they told me to go ask around the neighbours!!! It beggars belief really! Very poor communication and support from the seller, shambolic delivery company and not a great quality product that isn't finished off well and full of ugly knots. I would say it is worth about half the price paid and the delivery should be free as it's terrible.

I suspect that the mattress shown in the photo of this item is about 4 inches thick. A 10 inch mattress will come to the top of the side rails and barely show the top of the headboard. Choose the height of your mattress accordingly.
