Just received. Well packed and labelled. Easy to build following the diagrams and having double checked everything is there. Always good to put screws in ever so slightly loose and tighten at the end. Took me an hour or so going steadily, and that’s in a small bedroom. Looks great, feels sturdy and is super value. 5 stars for the money paid really. But I drop a star as it could do with an extra support bar at the top / head end to stop mattress movement. And I’d be happy to pay a wee bit more for that. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. The comfort test has yet to come… depends on the mattress too.

I am writing regarding the Zinus Nicholas King Size Bed Frame (150x200 cm, 30 cm height, black). Six of the slats do not stay in place, which caused me to fall through the bed last night and contact 111 for medical advice. I have already received a refund from Amazon, but I am now left with a broken bed and, as a seven-months pregnant person, am forced to sleep on the mattress on the floor. This is unsafe, unacceptable, and has caused significant stress. I have attached images and videos showing the slats and the damage. I am requesting urgent action to provide a safe and functional replacement bed. Please note that if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to consider pursuing legal action for the risks and harm caused. I look forward to your immediate response.

I like the bed frame nothing wrong with the product but white frustrating that I waited 2 weeks for the order to arrive and the company sent me a super king size bed frame rather than king line I had ordered. No size was displayed anywhere on the box or inside the instructions so I put the bottom board up and then had to measure. Rather frustrating.
