🔹INTRO & DESCRIPTION🔹 I chose this duvet cover set, as we have recently upgraded our double bed to a King size, so I needed some new bedding. The bedroom has not yet been re-decorated, so I wanted something neutral, as I am not sure what decor I will choose. This set is available in Double or King size and in either Beige, Grey or Ivory. I chose the Beige. The King size set comprises of a quick drying duvet cover with two pillowcases. The sizes are indicated in the product listing. The duvet cover fastens with a zip, which is different from the more usual press stud or button fastening. Also the pillow cases open up in the middle, rather than the ends. 🔹OPINION🔹&🔹CONCLUSION🔹 When I unpacked the duvet cover, it had obviously been tightly folded in the packet, so it was very creased. The fabric does feel very soft and lightweight, and the microfibre feels lovely against the skin. I do like the fact that it fastens with a zip, as I have found in the past the press studs, particularly the plastic ones, tend to fail, and buttons are not only fiddly, but they tend to come undone. The zipper makes it quick and easy to keep the duvet inside. I also like the way the pillowcases are styled meaning no unsightly pillow poking out of the ends ! The duvet cover has been very comfortable during the warmer weather. I have not yet had to wash it, so cannot comment on how quickly it dries. I have to be honest though, and say I am not too keen on the Beige colour, and I now wish I had chosen the grey. When my partner first saw it, he thought I'd covered the bed with a dust sheet ready for decorating ! It is definitely beige – what I would call a putty colour. I think I may have to add some coloured cushions and a throw to liven the room up a bit. The description says the colour will look different in differing light conditions, but it always looks the same to me. It is a sustainable product and confirms with the Oeko-Tex standard 100.

This duvet set comes complete with 2 pillowcases. The duvet cover has a zip closure instead of the more traditional buttons or poppers. The pillowcases have a centre opening at the back to pop the pillowcase into, so this case fully covers each corner of the pillow. The feel of the material is smooth. I chose 'Ivory' in this, and was alittle disappointed with the colour. I would describe the colour more like a 'dusty yellow' rather than what I perceive to be Ivory.
