This duvet and pillow set are a great set for your double bed. A nice bright white that has washed well and remains soft. Fits a standard double duvet with no issues, one thing to note is that this is likely to crease following a wash, but nothing an iron cannot take care of.

The media could not be loaded. The super king is 260x220cm give or take mm, this is so long that I thought it would fit on the bed that I thought was super king, hard to imagine there's a bed larger out there. No issues with this, it's made of microfiber duvet cover and comes with 2 pillow cases, not the actual pillows, just the covers. The quality seems to be alright, very dry kinda feels like cotton partially a bit rough not too smooth or silky, the reason I chose microfiber is so that I hear dust mites can't cross the fibers, but the microfiber needs pore size of 10 microns of less, generally microfiber is one of the finest forms of textile fiber so I'm guess it's at 0.7-1, but I would like the company to put this up on the title description to the exact micron. small issue really, but I would really like to know the exact number. This didn't fit my bed properly, it hangs down too much on both sides, but had to fold the top to bottom to fit. It's alright product wash at 30oC with a bit of detergent, I personally don't use conditioner, as this sticks the fibers together, and doesn't space them out, causing less absorption of sweat/water, but it doesn't really matter too much. If this product becomes defective I'll update. but of course there's some wrinkles after wash.

This duvet cover set comes in a relatively plastic-free packaging experience which helps reduce negative environmental impact from the packaging - although the product itself is made from 100% microfibre (i.e. synthetic material) - so it’s a case of swings-and-roundabouts. The aesthetic of the set is one of a smart-casual, more relaxed bedroom - being plain white and unfussy. It takes things down a slight notch from the crisp hotel-appearance by having a slightly softer “washed” look - which is pleasing for the average modern non-hotel domestic setting. Being white it is prone to showing marks and dirt, but it so far has washed well and not lost any shape. It fits nicely and the pillowcases fit my pillows properly without any unwanted size issues. Overall, for a price of c. £32 (at time of review) I think this is pretty good.

This is a good set of basic bedding. It fits my kingsize duvet well and the pillowcases are also sized correctly for my standard pillows. Both the duvet and the pillowcases come with zip fastenings, which I find easier to use than buttons or poppers. The materials are smooth and breathable. I particularly like the pillowcases, which should be more skin and hair friendly than most cotton cases. My only complaint is that they have a small orange label attached on the corner, which is an unnecessary addition that undermines the classic look of the cases. Not a big deal though. Recommended.

I like crisp, white bedding but hate ironing so I was really pleased to see that the details state that no ironing is necessary with this duvet cover set Unfortunately, it is very very far from the truth! The set arrived in a box which was different but good to see that they have not used lots of plastic. The set was very creased and looked a bit of a greyish white but I hoped with a good wash that it would be rectified. I followed the washing instructions and I was pleased to say it did look whiter than it did, but it was even more creased. After drying, I tried to iron it but after a quarter of an hour on one pillowcase, with little result, I decided enough was enough! Now, if you are a good ironer or have one of those fancy machines that does it for you this won’t be such a problem but for me, and fellow iron-phobics, this is not a great set. On the positive side, the material is very soft but it is more suited for winter than summer as it has a brushed texture and microfibre is not a great fabric for summer I have found. I like the zip closure which is not super obvious but I didn’t like the orange tags which stood out a bit against the plain white aesthetic. I am going to have to give this a low score because of the fact that it mentions more than once that you don’t need to iron it and it is clearly not true is annoying to say the least.
