I couldn’t believe how good this bed is for the price. Ideal in our guest room and very versatile for varying needs. I was going to order a couple of foam mattress toppers but the bed is very comfortable without. Very very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! Where to start!! DO NOT be fooled by the photo because I can 100% say that is not what I received. There is not 1 screw in these beds they are held together with staples. The wood is unfinished and has so many knots in which is one of the reasons I sent it back , another is the fact STAPLES have been used instead of screws, the worst is the fact the top of each bed has card approximately 5mm thick at most. Plus it doesn't have enough slates on either bed and considering the photo shows there are many more slates than the bed I received. The material covering said frame was that thin you could see the knots of wood through it. You can see marks under the packaging on the mattresses, plus I didn't think spring mattresses should be stored like that. These are certainly not safe to sleep on I wouldn't trust my 3month old grandson on them let alone an adult and as this was brought for my mum to come and stay. I also question whether the fire safety labels are genuine. Plus why is Amazon allowing people to sell such dangerous products. Now I've got to wait until 22nd August to get a refund even though it was collected on the 4th August.

They say you only get what you pay for, however, just for a spare bed I thought it would be ok. The mattress’s are poor quality and am replacing them with a better mattress. There isn’t much support when laying on the bed the mattress Just squashes flat. For people that cannot afford much, it would be ideal. Delivery quick, and the men put them in the bedroom, they were very light and I could have managed them on my own if I’d have known.
