The product arrived in three boxes as expected and one was damaged with the bed slats (unaffected) inside. The hardware (fixings and dowels etc) was nowhere to be found,.along with the assembly instructions. After making contact with the seller I was promised the hardware and instructions promptly. The hardware arrived two days later, which was very welcome but no instructions. Assembly was not hard,.but it was time consuming then I discovered that the drawers have a cross bracing piece of wood which has the wrong holes machined so it would never fit correctly, requiring persuasion to complete construction.

Lovely bunk bed, very nice and sturdy. My bos love it and the colour matches our decor. Looks very expensive too. Pleased. I didn't attach the bottom bed and drawers and I'm glad because there's soo much room for storage under the bed.

The beds are lovley but they arrived damaged ordered 2 and both had boxes crushed and ripped open and both beds arrived damaged! Only reason 4 not returning was kids didn't have a bed! Won't be ordering from this company again!

The bunk bed seems to be strong enough to support two children. The trundle bed only has space for a very thin mattress, which may not be comfortable considering that the base is made of slats. The drawers are a disappointment, since when you assemble them, the wood is so thin that it doesn't support the screws and cracks. If I had to buy it again, I would choose a model that only had the trundle bed with more space, without the drawers.
